I was in the market for a new Camry. I was always told I had to drive to a big city to get the best deal however after pricing in my home town of Idaho Falls and all the surrounding areas I not only got the best price at Philmeador the customer service was great! I was under no pressure to buy the car like I felt I was at other dealerships. I purchase a new vehicle every few years and I know I will be back at Philmeador for sure for my next purchases!!

I would like to comment on Joe Leedgaard professionalism on the deal we put together on the Toyota Highlander at Phil Meador Toyota. I purchased the vehicle online- thru email correspondance. I recognize it is more challenging to put together a deal via email- and 500 miles away. It is also hard to value a trade in -I didn't know what to expect when I came in to the dealership.

However, Joe's professional attitude, focusing on the car I was buying and the questions he asked were able to make the difference between Phil Meador's and other dealers I was working with.


It was definately worth the drive and the added expense of travel to purchase a vehicle from Phil Meador Toyota. I highly reccomend Joe and Phil Meador Toyota!

Joe Leedgaard, the Internet sales person that handled my inquiry from first contact to delivery, was exceptional because:

1. He was completely responsive to my interests and questions.
2. He knew the products in detail.
3. He communicated product characteristics and their quality clearly, simply, and objectively.
4. He was a pleasant person to deal with.

It was clear from Day 1 that Joe wanted to sell me the car I wanted to buy at a price that was fair for all parties. He responded within hours to any contact, via e-mail of phone, that made and answered my questions directly. He is a credit to Phil Meador and a refreshing contrast to other Idaho dealers I contacted in the same way. The other dealerships apparently weren't interested in whether I bought from them or not. Joe was interested, and in a thoroughly professional way. Kudos!

Great service, straighforward no surprises or hidden fees. We would definately go back. Joe was great to work with. He was quick at responding and had everything ready when we arrived at the dealership. We would recommend the dealership and Joe to all our friends and family.

I've purchased two vehicles from Phil Meador Toyota. The first time I was looking for a new Tundra and I got Joe's name from an aquaintance in Pinedale, WY. The second time, I sought Joe out specifically for assistance in buying a new Hybrid Highlander. Joe is the best auto sales person I've ever worked with!

I had previously delt with Joe. Bought a new 2008 Prius from him. He was very friendly and got me a great deal. Had problems with Teton Toyota so started checking into other dealers. Since the Prius I just purchased a certified 2009 RAV4 from Joe. He was very friendly again and told me exactly what the price was and a good deal also. When and if I purchase another Toyota I will definitly get in contact with Joe. On the Prius Joe even delivered it to me in Idaho Falls. Really appreciate him.
